TERMS AND CONDITIONS
| - All prices
currently displayed on our Menus will remain unchanged until 31st December 2007.
- All prices are inclusive of the hire of Cinnamon's own crockery and cutlery (The crockery being plain white china), and exclude VAT. - Any specific requirements for different crockery, table covers, napkins and furniture etc. can be catered for, but there will be an additional charge for the hire of such items. (Please do discuss this with us at the time of your booking, as we are able to arrange very competitive rates through a local company that we use frequently). - All other food service and presentation equipment will be supplied by ' Cinnamons Catering ', and is again inclusive in the prices shown. However, when providing hot food at a venue where the kitchen equipment and facilities are too limited for your chosen menu, it may be necessary to hire the relevant equipment, for which a hire charge will be incurred. - In the case of 3, 4 & 5 course meals, and fork buffets with starter, dessert and coffee courses where waitress service is required, there will be a charge of £ 40.00 / waitress for service. For these types of function, we allow for 1 waitress / 20 guests and this price includes the full lay-up of all tables, the service of pre-function drinks, all food and drink service during the meal, and full clear down after the meal. - In the case of finger buffets only, (as there is no service involved) staff will be provided for laying out and clearing down of the buffet table only, and therefore, there is no service charge applied. - If there are to be any changes to the number of people booked to attend a function, please inform us no later than 7 days prior to the function. Any cancellation of numbers less than 48 hours prior to a function, will be charged at 50 % of the agreed price / head. - A deposit of 10% of the total value of your booking will be required upon confirmation. - A further deposit of 50% of the total value of your booking will be required 14 days prior to the date of your function. - The balance will be invoiced and dated the day of the function, and will be due for payment on, or within 7 days after that date. - Please make all cheques payable to 'Cinnamons Catering', and a receipt will be issued by return of post for all payments made.
